ZUEGG is committed in optimizing the production processes and downsizing the environmental impact of the activities carried out by its plants.
Approximately 90% of the waste materials produced in ZUEGG consists of supply packaging, cardboard and plastic wrappers, which are entirely reusable.
A shared platform across all the plants allows us to constantly monitor the energy and the environmental parameters. As a result, the platform enables not only to decrease consumption but also to identify and initiate new potential energy-saving solutions.
Inside all of our plants, our environmental policy is daily translated into real actions. The entire workforce gives its direct contribution by systematically sorting the waste materials and avoiding unnecessary consumption.
We carefully select only the best fruit suppliers applying responsible cultivation practises, with the aim of safeguarding the territory and preventing land degradation.
