The sourcing of our raw materials becomes a reality in our Avellino plant, situated in the south of Italy.
Within a 180km radius zone, the plant entertains a direct relationship between the harvest collection points and the farms. This closeness ultimately translates into a deep bond with our fresh fruit suppliers which remarkably changed our approach to the provision of the resources.
Indeed, our in-depth knowledge of the orchards along with the assistance provided by our agronomists and our farmers, in defining the treatments and tracking the harvest time, means for us privileging only the most exquisite fruits.
Once entering the Avellino plant, our delicious fruit is accurately selected and transformed, within 24 hours of harvesting, into puree (single strength or concentrated) or frozen cubes through a production process monitored with full traceability.
